What’s included in the price?

Our prices include:

  • The use of the room from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the departure day;
  • One parking space per room, alternatively in the covered car park or in the underground garage;
  • The use of the beach – each umbrella is equipped with two sunbeds and one deckchair;
  • Wifi in the rooms and common areas;

  • A bicycle rental service.

 

What is excluded from the price?

The price excludes drinks (in the dining room and at the bar) and the tourist tax.

What are the check in/check out times?

The room, parking and hotel facilities are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.

 

Is it possible to use the late check out service?

This service is not available in our facility.

Depending on availability and at the discretion of the Management, we do our best to leave the use of the beach and pool service even on the day of departure.

 

Is it possible to arrive before check in time?

The parking space and the room will be available from 12 noon, while it will be possible to use the beach service and the swimming pool in the morning.

 

Where can I park?

Each of our guests is guaranteed one parking space per room from 12 noon on the day of arrival for the duration of their stay. We have a covered car park and an underground garage both immediately in front of the building. The cars will be parked at the discretion of the management, according to the needs of the guests and the Hotel.

 

Are animals allowed?

Sure, as long as they’re polite and don’t disturb the other guests.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the pool area or the beach (by municipal directive).

 

Do you offer a shuttle service?

The shuttle is available for a fee upon reservation to and from airports, stations and cities in the area.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

The account can be paid on the day of departure or the evening before and please let us know if you have special needs (separate accounts, invoices, etc.).

We accept cash (up to the limit allowed by law), checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro, we don’t acceptAmerican Express).

 

How far in advance can I cancel my reservation?

Verbal, telephone or written reservations are binding and any cancellations or early departures are possible without penalty only for serious reasons which must be communicated in advance.

 

How does the restaurant work?

Each room is assigned a table by the management.

The choice of dishes served at the table is usually made during the dinner the night before, where you will find a menu with more than 10 options for the entrée, main course and dessert respectively For hors d’oeuvres, side dishes and appetizers you will be served directly from the buffet.

 

What changes between bed and breakfast, half board and full board?

Each day of your stay you can decide which meals you would like to enjoy at our restaurant without any restrictions. You can choose to have breakfast and either lunch or dinner (half board), or opt for full board and enjoy the restaurant service for all meals. Just let us know by the day before, without any obligation or commitment.

 

How does the beach service work?

Each room has a sun umbrella with two sunbeds and a deckchair. Your place on the beach is assigned by the management, taking into account any special needs of guests (families with small children, mobility problems, large companies).

 

How does the bike rental service work?

To borrow a bicycle, simply ask for one at reception. Availability is guaranteed only while stocks last and advance bookings are not accepted.

We do not have bicycles for children, but we do have some equipped with child seats.

 

Hours of operation

Concierge

The hotel is always open. We are at your disposal for any information from 7:00am to 1:00am, from 1:00am to 7:00am a night porter will be available.

 

Pool

The pool is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

 

Dining room

Breakfast is from 07:30am to 10:00am;

Lunch is 12:30pm to 1:30pm;

Dinner is from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

 

Bar

The bar is available to our guests from 7:30am to 1:00am.

 

When are the rooms cleaned?

The room cleaning is usually done in the morning, but there may be delays on days of major change.

We are always willing to agree on different times in case of special needs.

 

Is there Wifi?

Of course, free Wifi is available throughout the hotel, both in public areas and in the room.

On the beach you can use the municipal Wifi service.

 

Is the facility fully accessible for those with mobility problems?

Yeah. The hotel has two elevators, one of which is available directly from the car park, and there are no additional architectural barriers to reach the common areas and rooms.

 

Is there carpeting in the rooms?

No, all our rooms have parquet.

 

When is the facility open?

The Hotel Ancora will be open from 30 April to 26 September 2021.
